# Overview Here is a brief overview of Very Network and Verychat.

Welcome to Very Network. Our mission is "to enhance the convenience and reliability of cryptocurrencies, contributing to their mass adoption." Since the advent of Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies have achieved remarkable success through technological advancements and ecosystem expansion. However, the majority of people still find it difficult to set up cryptocurrency wallets and are exposed to the risk of numerous scams. # Payment Innovation & Vision Ultimately, the Very Network exists to truly revolutionize payments. Very Network's Verychat is designed to be convenient and reliable, enabling anyone to easily set up a wallet and transact in cryptocurrencies with each other. Both offline and online merchants can receive payments from consumers without any network fees by using the QR code from the wallet within Verychat. The maintenance of the Very Network is sustained not by transaction fees but by compensating nodes with VERY paid by advertisers. Considering that early invitees contribute more significantly, the invitation rewards decrease progressively based on the number of subscribers. After the 900 million invitation rewards are completely distributed, a portion of the VERY recovered from advertising revenue will be used as additional invitation rewards, although this will be less than 1 VERY per final payout. # Mining Rewards Verychat pays out 1 billion VERY, or 10% of its total supply, as a fruit reward to encourage users to stay connected (retention). In the Verychat ecosystem, continuous user engagement is crucial and plays a significant role in activating future channels and content. To support this, a 'free mining' or 'app-tech' type fruit reward system has been introduced. This reward system encourages ongoing user activity and minimizes the server cost burden for Verychat through advertising systems like Google AdMob that appear each time a fruit is harvested, enhancing the sustainability of the ecosystem. Verychat will continuously provide rewards until 1 billion VERY, which is 10% of the total issuance, has been completely mined. After the 1 billion VERY have been distributed, ongoing rewards will be provided using VERY recovered from advertising revenues. This mechanism is designed to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Verychat ecosystem. ## **Reward Cycle** Very fruits can be harvested every 12 hours after planting a Very seed, and a new seed can be planted immediately after each harvest. Users who own certain NFTs or specific coins (tokens), or who use specific models of smartphones, benefit from being able to harvest fruits more frequently. This is provided through partnerships and marketing collaborations. ## Item By using items, you can shorten the harvest time of the Very Tree’s fruit and increase the yield. * **Fertilizer**\ Using fertilizer reduces the Very Tree’s fruit harvest time by 2 hours.
* **Watering**\ Using watering reduces the Very Tree’s fruit harvest time by 1 hour. ## **Reward Quantity** The rewards for harvesting fruits have a halving mechanism based on the amount harvested. Once the 1 billion VERY allocated from the total issuance are all harvested, subsequent rewards will be paid through VERY recovered from advertising revenues. The quantity of rewards after the initial 1 billion will be determined after all mining is complete. The final harvest amount is calculated by multiplying the base reward quantity by the user's level-specific boosting power. # Channels Reward Channels are the core content of Verychat, serving as a community platform where influencers share information and users with common interests can converse. Through this, users can communicate and int ## Channel Subscription Rewards To support channel activity, channel subscription rewards are available within Technomics. Channels with over 100 subscribers can receive rewards proportional to their subscriber count each month. ### Distribution Conditions: * If the total channel subscribers are less than 10 million, each subscriber will receive 1 VERY per month. * If the total subscribers exceed 10 million, then 10,000,000 VERY are distributed monthly according to the proportion of subscribers per channel. * Formula: (My Channel Subscribers / Total Subscribers) \* 10,000,000 VERY * Subscriber distribution will end once all 500 million coins have been distributed. * After this, a portion of the ecosystem's supply generated from advertising demand will be distributed as channel subscriber rewards. ### Channel Activation Evaluation To prevent abuse by "ghost channels" that only gather subscribers to receive rewards, channels scoring below a certain threshold based on the following activation evaluations will be excluded from receiving rewards: 1. Interaction-Based Evaluation: The activity level of a channel is assessed by analyzing interactions (likes, comments, views, etc.). The frequency of interactions occurring without new posts over a specific period is checked. 2. Activity Metrics Introduction: An internal metric that considers post frequency, content update cycles, and viewer engagement is developed to evaluate the activity level of each channel. Channels identified as active based on these metrics are selected for rewards. 3. Subscriber Behavior Analysis: By analyzing the behavior of each subscriber, accounts that indiscriminately subscribe to multiple channels without real activity can be identified and excluded from reward calculations. This can be achieved through AI-powered deep learning analysis. 4. Algorithm Improvement and AI Utilization: Machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies are used to analyze patterns and distinguish between ghost channels and subscribers, helping to identify channels and subscribers with real activity. 5. Community Feedback: Direct feedback from users and channel operators can also be a crucial source of information. Inactive channels reported within the community are encouraged and reviewed to be considered during the reward distribution process. ## **Channel Staking Pool/Rewards** * **Channel Staking Pool/Rewards**: To support channel activity, staking ecosystem rewards are set within the tokenomics, and a part of the recovered advertising fees is allocated to the channel staking pool. All holders can stake $VERY, but must designate a subscribed channel to do so. * **Channel Owner Staking**: Channel owners can stake $VERY in their own channels. When a feed posted by a channel owner becomes a popular post, that channel becomes a recommended channel, visible to most users on Verychat, thanks to the algorithm. This exposure extends even to users who speak different languages, thus increasing visibility among global users. Communication with global users is facilitated through Verychat's on-device AI translation. This system supports around 50 languages used globally and provides the best translation quality when the source language is English. # Distributing $VERY VERY coins are distributed according to the following rules and schedule. ## Lockup and deployment rules 1. **Lockup and Distribution Rules** **Investor & Funding** Individual private lockup rules apply. Vesting can change according to the contract. For the KOL ROUND, 200 million VERY, which is 20% of the total investment distribution, are allocated only to ambassadors who have completed Verychat ambassador activities. Distribution is 40% pre-listing, 30% six months after listing, and 30% one year after listing. 2. **Initial Founding Members** Team shares for initial founding members are distributed 20% pre-listing and then 20% annually over four years after the first listing.
